Bio
I’ve been part of the LCBC Church since 2013, and my wife Becky and I have loved serving in kidMinistry, leading Men’s Frat, and helping out as Ushers. Before joining the LCBC team in 2021, I spent over a decade at Under Armour, where I led Global Store Experience and worked in a variety of store and central operations roles. I also served as a District Manager for the German retailer Lidl. Now, I serve as Director of Learning and Development, where I’m passionate about equipping leaders to grow in their God-given gifts and finding smart, effective ways to support and strengthen our staff and church family. I love solving problems and building systems that help people grow and thrive. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Becky and our three daughters—Payton, Audrey, and Alexa. I’m also a big fan of the outdoors and love hunting and just being out in nature.
