Jason McCormick serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Isaacson Foundation, a private Christian Foundation based in Gallatin, TN. He previously served as the Area Director for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) in Northern Middle Tennessee, where he grew the organization from a staff of two with a $167,000 budget to a team of 13 overseeing a $1.4 million budget. He is passionate about leadership with a heart for service and commitment to his call to full-time ministry. Jason is a graduate of Gallatin High School and Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), where he earned a dual degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and General Psychology. He has extensive experience in the business world, having worked at Dell Computer, served as National Sales Manager at Spike Sports, Vice President of The EM Group, and founded Integrity Sales where he traveled the world to represent international brands. He is married to his lifelong best friend, Lori Tinsley McCormick, has 2 sons, Braylon & Braxton, that he is incredibly proud of, and enjoys serving his community through his ministry work. In his spare time, Jason can be found spending time with his family, woodworking in his shop, or continuing his passion for leadership and service.
