What To Expect
You can look forward to full days of personalized, deep training tailored to your Rock administration needs. The curriculum is developed by the core team and includes presentations, application exercises and Q&A time. The course covers all the major features of Rock. Expect to clear your calendar, set your out-of-office responses and immerse yourself in all things Rock for the week.
Who Should Attend
This class is critical for your Rock adminstration team. You'll find the Master Class to be fast-paced and full of information. Come ready to learn and to ask questions. You'll be best prepared for this class if you've read a few manuals, watched a few Rock U videos and seen the inside of a Rock instance. If this class will be your first look inside Rock, you may want to familiarize yourself with the basics before you arrive.
Location
The Rock Master Class is offered several times each year at the Spark Development Network offices in Arizona. In person classes are four days long and run from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm each day with a break for lunch. You'll want to plan your travel accordingly so you don't miss out on any critical training.
Additionally, there are occasional online Master Class sessions offered during the year. In order to accomodate all time zones in the United States, the classes run for five days from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific time / 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern time, with a one hour break for lunch.
All hybrid classes will include both online and in person instruction at the same time. Because of this, the class will use the online schedule and have a duration of five days. There will be additional after-hours connection and Q&A time available for those who are in person that will not be possible for online attendees.
